Problem
Fashion retail store in Biggleswade was unable to compete with other brands as they had little to no online presence due to the poor connectivity their ISP was delivering. In addition to little ability to do social media marketing and on-line sales, within the store the payment terminals going down during busy times as the store’s EPOS system was not updating prompting some customers to leave the store before completing purchases. Solution
